Directions;
- Peel protective film off shield heels
- Apply adhesive side down to inside back heel of shoe as appropriate

- Wash heel shields with mild soap or detergent in lukewarm water
- Hang to dry, do not use a towel or other material to dry
- Once dry, use as per directions
